In these Parker Balston units Nitrogen is produced by utilizing a combination of filtration and membrane separation technologies. A high efficiency pre-filtration system pre-treats the customer supplied compressed air to remove all contaminates down to 0.01 micron. Hollow fiber membranes subsequently separate the clean air into a concentrated Nitrogen output stream and an Oxygen enriched permeate stream which is vented from the system. These systems operate silently and offer an endless supply of Nitrogen for the LC/MS. Eliminating the frustration of running out of Dewar Nitrogen in the middle of an important run.

For laboratories that do not have a source of compressed air available we now offer the Model NitroFlow Lab Nitrogen Generator.

This generator is a complete Engineered System which includes oil-less compressor, pre-filters, membrane separator, final filter, pressure regulator and flow controller.

The system is very quiet (59 dbl) and delivers 30 lpm of nitrogen @ 115 psig.
